You start out with an instructor site.  This is the main site for all your classes and the admin available to your students.   This is a fully functional WordPress site, and as such, you have access to add plugins, themes, or any other customizations to make this site represent the classes you teach.

The instructor site comes with the setup for creating classes, marking and signing up students.  If you want, you can leave it default and the front end will simply be a portal for the students to get their accounts.  Alternatively, you can use this site as a communications tool by installing BBPress (A bulletin-board system, a FAQ for students, or even all the way to a full e-commerce platform.  Just be careful not to disable or remove the DragonTeach plugin.

Your instructor site will have a url something like:  https://class.dragonteach.com – where “class” is your chosen code word for your classes.
